It’s just me. No crew, no van with a logo on it.
How I work.
I come the same day every week, or every other week, at the same time. Most of my clients leave me a key or a garage code, and after the first couple of visits we mostly stop needing to talk about it — the house is just clean when they get home.
A house takes me three to four hours. I’m not fast, and I’m not trying to be. I bring everything I need, and if you have products you prefer for certain surfaces, I’m happy to use yours.
I don’t do move-outs, one-time deep cleans, or offices anymore. Regular houses, kept regularly — that’s the work I’m good at, and it’s the only kind I take.
I’d rather do the baseboards than get to the next appointment early.
What it costs.
Most of my houses run between $110 and $150 a visit, depending on size and how often I come. Weekly is a little less per visit than every other week, because the house never gets far from clean.
I’ll give you an exact number after I’ve walked through the house once. I don’t quote sight unseen — I’d rather be right than quick, and it takes fifteen minutes.
What people say.
“Sarah has cleaned our house every other Thursday for six years. I have never once come home and wondered if she'd been there. You always know.”
— Janet R., client since 2019
“She noticed our dog was limping before we did, and left a note about it. That's the kind of attention she pays. The floors are almost beside the point.”
— Tom & Ellen M., client since 2021
“I've had cleaning services before. This is not that. Sarah cleans the way you'd clean your own mother's house.”
— Diane W., client since 2018
If you’d like an opening.
Call me and I’ll call you back — usually the same evening, once I’m done for the day. If I don’t pick up, I’m in someone’s kitchen.
