BYU-Idaho runs on semester tracks, so every April, July and December thousands of students vacate approved housing in the same week — and a landlord's move-out checklist decides whether the deposit comes back. The buyer is twenty, broke, splitting the bill four ways, and looking at a phone at midnight three days before a flight. Nothing in the category talks to that person.
So the site is the checklist and the number, nothing else. Not one photograph or illustration — every shape is CSS and SVG, which keeps it instant on a phone in a parking lot. Full-bleed orange, acid lime and cobalt bands switch section to section, prices are set enormous with the split stated out loud ($160 for a four-bed, $40 each), and all fourteen graded items are listed plainly so a student can see the company knows the exact sheet their landlord uses. Contact is a phone number, twice.
